Times are an estimation. If you need products by a certain date please note that in the comment section of the order page. Larger orders are shipped directly from the manufactuer. Payments, Terms & Conditions
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All international orders must be over $500 and prepaid. Orders outside the United States are responsible for any dutys,tariffs or taxes.
Shortages & Damages
Any problems with your order must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of order. Returns on shortages & damaged goods only. Damaged or defective goods must be returned for us to issue credit or provide new product. We will not refund any shipping charges due to incorrect/missing(ie:apt#s) shipping information. Make sure the ship to address is correct. A 20% restocking fee & loss of shipping charges may be applied to any returns.
Back Orders
