We needed these ballons immediately. I place my order on Wednesday afternoon at about 3:00PM. I didnt mention that when placing the order I was on a tight schedule and the first thing Thursday I sent an email out to the customer service department requesting shipping information and before they could get back to me with a tracking number, my shipment had arrived. I wouldnt hesitate to use Wholesale Balloons again -- or recommend them to others.
